A great way to approach this!
My question would be: okay, so how do we do this?
Will we have a brainflush on the topic, creating mind maps, will someone make a plan with some logical (or non-logical for that matter ;) steps to follow, will someone be the 'leader' in this?
Will we have group meetings on MSN?
